Vacancies are available for sessional part time work on our Telephone Helpline based in Potters Bar between 9am – 8pm Monday – Friday. Responsibilities include:
• Answering calls, carrying out a thorough telephone assessment
• Providing advice and information to employees on a wide range of issues using resources such as the Citizens Advice Bureau database, voluntary agencies and the internet
The successful candidate will have:
• Citizen Advice Bureau experience or equivalent
• Computer literate.
• Office administration skills.
• Counselling skills training preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team, incorporating flexibility and adaptability.
