“We knew there was a demand for an EAP from our employee satisfaction survey. Now it’s up and running, informal feedback has been good and utilisation is wide reaching across the organisation. We will continue to monitor its success and Focus will be assisting us by examining work related issues, enabling us to identify patterns so we can address any underlying problems. We will also be using the next employee satisfaction survey to gather more formal information”
